What is FightHunger?
FightHunger is a donation platform dedicated to ending hunger. We raise funds to provide school meals for children, emergency food for families in crisis, and farming support so communities can grow their own food.
How do I make a donation?
Click any "Donate" button, choose your amount and whether to give once or monthly, then enter your payment details. It takes less than a minute.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments go through an encrypted, secure payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
How is my donation used?
Donations are used to fund our various programs including education scholarships, health camps, economic empowerment initiatives, and more. We ensure that at least 90% of every dollar goes directly to our program activities.
What does my donation provide?
Your gift buys nutritious food for people who need it most. It helps put hot meals in front of schoolchildren, fills emergency food packs for struggling families, and gives farmers the seeds and tools they need to feed their communities.
Why does hunger still exist when the world produces enough food?
Hunger is mostly caused by poverty, conflict, climate shocks and rising food prices, not a shortage of food. Many families simply cannot afford or reach the food they need. Your support helps close that gap.
Can I donate food instead of money?
We prefer money because it lets us buy food locally. Local food reaches families faster, costs less and supports local farmers.
Can I donate in someone’s honour or memory?
Yes. A donation in someone’s name is a meaningful way to celebrate a birthday or wedding, or to remember a loved one. Contact us and we will help you arrange it.
Is there a minimum amount I can give?
No. Every amount makes a difference. Even a small gift can help provide a meal for a hungry child.
